From Naples to Tsim Sha Tsui
Our story starts in Naples, where pizza was born. At Vesu, we follow the same craft that’s been passed down for generations. The dough is slow-fermented, hand-stretched, and cooked in a wood oven built in Naples.
We keep that tradition in Hong Kong while adding our own flavour. From char siu pork to mala chicken, our toppings nod to the city we call home. It’s Italy at heart, with a taste of Tsim Sha Tsui.

The Experience
Our chefs make classic Neapolitan pizza by hand using the same techniques found in Naples. The crust has that soft centre and light char you only get from a true wood-fired oven.
Add a cocktail or two, the hum of the city below, and you’ve got a night that feels both familiar and completely its own.
